SURVICE Engineering. is seeking Senior Program Analysts for a contingent opportunity. The Analysts will conduct organizational strategy development in support of the Program Executive Officer for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault & Special Mission Programs PEO(A).

Job Site: Patuxent River/Lexington Park, MD

Specific Duties:

  • Conduct organizational strategy development in support of the Program Office's mission and vision
  • Provide departments and teams through the full spectrum of performance starting with the fundamentals utilizing sound Organizational Development (O.D.) principles
  • Provide rapid assessment of organizational dynamics and recommendations using experience base and knowledge
  • Provide development models and tools to meet the client's needs with the ability to assimilate previously developed models
  • Be able to integrate into client environments and facilitate the organization through the creation of high performance
  • Provide consulting and facilitation services to clients relating to the development of their organization
  • Be able to conduct organizational assessments and analysis
  • Facilitate, develop, analyze, present, and submit survey results
  • Facilitate, capture, and present organizational strategy, structure and training
  • Facilitate, capture and present all supporting elements of an organization (i.e. process mapping, communications and structure plans, charters, iQMSL, etc.)
  • Facilitate, capture and present individual and team development plans
  • Facilitate and deliver classes, training and presentations to cover, at a minimum, organizational development, leadership and ethics
  • Maintain and update knowledge of: change management theory, principles, and practices; management and leadership approaches; and instructional design and delivery techniques in order to develop personal areas for improvement and also to make recommendations to assist client learning

Minimum Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related work experience
  • Working knowledge of organizational development theories, principles and methods; organizational analysis and change management skills
  • Working knowledge of training and development needs analysis, program development and delivery
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Leadership, issue mitigation, and influence skills
  • Facilitation skills in multiple venues
  • Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Process mapping, process improvement and assessment

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
