Position Summary
SURVICE is currently seeking a Cyber Test & Evaluation Engineer to assist the System Team with writing the System Evaluation Plan (SEP) and Requirements Definition Packages (RDP) annexes. This position will concentrate heavily on Army test & evaluation planning, execution, reporting, and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Information Systems.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the System Team with writing the System Evaluation Plan (SEP) and Requirements Definition Packages (RDP) annexes. 
  • Work with the AST Test Manager at Fort Belvoir to coordinate all T&E planning for the program of record (POR) efforts starting in FY19
  • Review Requirement Definition Packages (RDPs) for T&E scope and feasibility and to ensure that the TRADOC Capabilities
  • Manger (TCM) and the Project Manager (PM) are using verbiage consistent with ATEC T&E guidelines and the Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Information Systems Initial Capabilities Document (IS-ICD)
  • Propose/design and produce sample data visualizations to depict Effectiveness, Suitability, and Survivability data
  • Participate in meetings and witness test events as required by the evaluators, document and provide notes for each test event; prepare and deliver input to briefings and reports
  • Travel to Fort Belvoir, VA up to 2 times per month

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or closely related discipline, along with 10+ years of directly related experience for this senior level opening.

  • Expert Knowledge of Army Test &Evaluation Planning, Execution, and Reporting
  • Knowledge of DA Acquisition policy and procedures
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security and Network Defense
  • Ability to perform Data Collection, Reduction, and Analysis; Knowledge of Effectiveness and Suitability
  • DoDD 8075 Level II or III certification a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills
  • Per contract requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must currently possess an DoD Security Clearance
  • Local travel of up to 20% possible
