Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an Analyst in Fort Walton Beach, FL to support several Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) programs. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting multidomain research and modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) leveraging analytical wargaming toolsets as well as the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM)
  • Researching platforms and concepts represented in analytical wargames to develop authoritative data sources for AFRL
  • Developing and implementing black box test strategies to provide face validation for critical aspects of software
  • Researching multidomain survivability and integration into the AFSIM framework
  • Participating in analytical wargame events

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field and 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Practical knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) aircraft and weapon systems
  • Software Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) experience
  • Engineering-level, mission-level, campaign-level, wargaming M&S experience
  • Expertise with COMMAND: Modern Operations, Warlock, or AFSIM is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a small team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small, dynamic teams and deliver products exceeding customer expectations while managing cost and schedule
  • 3 years of related experience, but exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered
