Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Verification, Validation, & Accreditation (VV&A) Analyst in the PAX River, MD area to provide support for multiple Modeling and Simulation (M&S) projects. The VV&A Analyst will conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of M&S to support all phases of system development.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct and support M&S VV&A activities:

• Write and review Accreditation plans and reports and V&V plans and reports
• Develop M&S risk assessments
• Analyze development documentation, V&V data, lab/ground/flight test data, and simulation data
• Collaborate with M&S proponents, developers, users, and subject matter experts
• Ensure documentation standards are met

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research or a related field and minimum of 5+ years of experience.

• Experience with VV&A
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills are imperative

Security Clearance Requirement
Must have a current U.S. DoD Security Clearance or the ability to obtain
