SURVICE Engineering is seeking a Test and Evaluation Analyst to support our customer, the Army Evaluation Center's (AEC), test and evaluation efforts for systems within Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) portfolios within the ISR Air/Space Division, C4ISR Evaluation Directorate (C4ISRED). C4ISRED serves as the AEC focal point with overall management responsibility for Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT) system evaluations (effectiveness, suitability, survivability, and safety) of material systems and associated software in the following areas: Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Air/Space systems, subsystems and components; Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) systems, subsystems and components; and Intelligence Electronic Warfare systems, subsystems and components.

Knowledge and skills: DoD Acquisition, T&E, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance knowledge, Position, Navigation, and Timing knowledge, R-programming is a plus (could be similar programming experience like Python or Matlab), statistical analysis.

Clearance Requirement: Must have a Top Secret clearance.
